Pumpkin layer
1 brown onion, chopped roughly

1 medium beetroot, peeled and reduce into small cubes

‘Ricotta’ kale layer
1 brown onion, diced
Three cloves garlic, peeled
2 cups kale, packed
600g agency tofu
1/Four cup dietary yeast
1/Four cup plant-based milk
Olive oil, as wanted

Tomato sauce
1 small brown onion, diced
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 T oregano
Salt, as wanted

Vegan bechamel sauce
1 cup milk, plus extra if wanted
1/Four cup flour
1/Four cup vegan cheese
1/Four cup dietary yeast
Salt, as wanted

10 items wholemeal lasagna sheets

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2. Pumpkin layer: Add all substances to a baking tray and toss till mixed. Bake for 20-30 min or till all the pieces is tender. When barely cooled, add all substances to a meals processor. Course of till easy and add water if the combination is just too thick. Put aside.

3. Beetroot layer (repeat step 2 however for the beetroot substances)

4. ‘Ricotta’ kale layer: Saute the onion and oil in a big saucepan. When translucent, add the garlic and kale. Add all substances to a meals processor. Course of till easy. Put aside.

5. Tomato sauce: Saute the onion and oil in a big saucepan. When translucent, add the remainder of the substances to the pan. Simmer till thick. Put aside.

6. Bechamel sauce: Add all substances to a small pot on excessive warmth and whisk for 5-10 minutes till there are not any lumps and it thickens. Put aside.

7. Assemble: In a deep casserole dish, layer all of the all of the fillings and lasagna sheets as desired. Bake for 30 minutes and serve.
