VEGAN CRUNCHY & CHEEZY CHICKPEA SALAD TACOS WITH SRIRACHA DATE CREMA, & CASHEW PARMESAN 😋🌱

Elements:
Corn tortillas
Shredded lettuce
Daiya shreds chopping board model (cheddar & pepperjack)
Chickpea salad:
Diced onions
Tofu cream: (go away in a single day for higher taste absorption)
1/2 block SILKEN tofu (smooth tofu)
1 lime
2 pinches of salt
Cracked pepper
1 garlic clove
About 2-Three Tbs Diced onions
1 tbs agave
2 tbs white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp guar gum (Within the video I used two 1/Four tsp)
2 tbs dietary yeast
Cashew Parmesan:
1/2 cup cashews
1/Four cup dietary yeast
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt (to style)
1/2 tsp black pepper
Sriracha Date Crema: (go away in a single day for higher taste absorption)
1/2 block silken tofu
Diced cucumbers (about 1/Four cup)
Salt (about 2 pinches of salt)
Cracked Black pepper (about 1/2 tsp)
Sriracha (measurements to your liking)
5 dates (take away pits)
1 garlic clove
Diced white onions (about 2tbs)
2 tsp dietary yeast
White Vinegar (about 6 squeezes 😆)
1/Four tsp of sesame oil
Add 1/2 lime (I didn’t add it right here as a result of I didn’t have any limes, however I like to recommend including lime juice)
