2 servings noodles of alternative *
four cups of blended veggies

1 tbsp coconut oil

Methodology:
Mince shallot, chili and garlic, grate ginger, and slice/chop all different greens.
Warmth up coconut oil and fry shallot, garlic, ginger and chili for 1-2 minutes till aromatic. Add curry paste, and stir for one more minute.
Then add peanut butter, coconut milk, water or broth, coconut aminos, sugar, greens and noodles.
Carry every part to a boil, and simmer for about 5 minutes (or till veggies and noodles are performed).
Prime with some contemporary lime juice, crushed peanuts and cilantro and revel in!
