Peanut Noodle Bowl by plantbasedrd 🧡

Peanut Sauce
Three tbsp pure peanut butter
2 tbsp soy sauce (go for gluten free soy sauce or coconut aminos to make gluten free; use low sodium if most well-liked)
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp garlic chili sauce or sriracha
1 tsp mustard
1/Four tsp garlic powder
1/Four tsp ginger powder
Juice of half a lime
2-Three tbsp water

Add all components to a bowl and whisk collectively till clean. Alter consistency of sauce to your liking, by including extra small quantities of water till happy.

Baked Garlic Chili Tofu

Take away lid and add soy sauce and garlic chili sauce. Stir to mix then add in cooked noodles and tofu. Add half the sauce from recipe and stir to mix. Function desired. Use reserved peanut sauce so as to add extra to your dish if desired or retailer within the fridge.
