Gradual Cooker Quick Rib Ragu

Serves: 8-10 servings (makes nice leftovers!)

INGREDIENTS:
-salt and pepper
-2 Tablespoons avocado oil, divided
-2 teaspoons minced garlic
-2–Three celery stalks, sliced
-2–Three medium carrots, peeled, sliced and quartered (halved works too)
-1 medium candy yellow onion, diced
-6–Eight beef quick ribs (bone-in)
– 25ozjar Entire30 suitable marinara sauce

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place quick ribs on a big plate, pat dry with clear paper towel and season with salt and pepper throughout; put aside.
