Elements:
8-10 medium potatoes
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp water
1 cup parsley, roughly chopped (garnish)
Salt & freshly floor black pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Place 1 potato, cut-side down, on a board and make skinny, evenly spaced cuts at 5mm intervals, about two-thirds of the best way by way of. Place in a bowl. Repeat with remaining potatoes.
