makes 8-10 pancakes
2 half cups all function flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
half tsp salt
2 tbsp cane sugar
1/Four cup apple sauce
2 half cups almond milk (or any plant milk of your alternative!)
Three tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest
Three tbsp poppy seeds
Four tbsp melted vegan butter
100% pure maple syrup
extra vegan butter
1.In a big bowl, add the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda, poppy seeds and whisk to mix.
2.In a medium bowl add the almond milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, melted vegan butter, apple sauce and whisk to mix.
3. Add the moist combination to the dry elements and gently fold with a rubber spatula till simply mixed. don’t over combine! Its okay in case your batter seems a bit lumpy.
4. Add the vegan butter to a non stick pan over medium low warmth. As soon as the vegan butter has melted, scale back the warmth to low and add ⅓ cup or half cup of batter to the pan. Relying on how huge or small you need them!
