Peanut butter and miso roasted aubergine by healthylivingjames πŸ‘Œ so easy and so scrumptious bowl recipe!

Substances
* 2 aubergines sliced in half * 2 tsp miso paste (I take advantage of brown rice miso)
* three tsp tamari
* three tsp maple syrup
* 2 tsp peanut butter (crunch or clean)
* 2 tsp water
* Chopped recent herbs optionally available
* pinch Sesame seeds optionally available
Directions
* Pre-heat your oven to 200C
* Slice the aubergines in half. I wish to char mine in a griddle pan (flesh facet solely) however that is optionally available
* Slice crisscross traces throughout the flesh, this helps to get the flavour deeper into the aubergine
* To make the glaze add the miso, tamari, maple syrup, peanut butter and water to a small mixing bowl and whisk till clean
* Place the aubergines onto a baking tray and evenly cowl with the glaze earlier than putting within the oven for 25 minutes
