💚Garlicky Mushroom & Avo Toast💚

Recipe:

Substances: (1 serving)
🍞2 slices of sourdough bread
🌼a big handful of mushrooms (I used brown ones)
🌿1 tbsp olive oil
🌱1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
🥑1 avocado
🍋1 squeeze of lemon juice
🍀small handful of recent basil
🧂salt & pepper

Instructions: Slice the mushrooms (skinny or thick – you resolve) and gently fry in olive oil on medium warmth till golden brown. Whereas the mushrooms are frying, toast your bread and mash the avocado in a bowl and add the lemon juice. A few minute earlier than the mushrooms are performed, add the chopped garlic to the pan so as to add a pleasant garlicky flavour. Season with salt n pepper. Unfold your avo mash in your toast and high with mushrooms and basil. DONE and YUM! 😋
