EPIC POST WORKOUT MEAL: HIGH PROTEIN CHICKPEA SALAD SANDWICH ON WHEAT TOAST WITH TOFU CREAM, JALAPEÑO PEAR SALAD, & AGAVE SRIRACHA DIJON MUSTARD… 😎💪🌱

Components:
1 Can of Chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
Tofu cream: (Go away in a single day for higher taste absorption!)
1/2 block silken tofu (delicate tofu)
1 lime
2 pinches of salt
Cracked pepper
1 garlic clove
About 2-Three Tbs Diced onions
1 tbs agave
2 tbs white vinegar
1/2 tsp guar gum (Within the video I used two 1/four tsp)
2 tbs dietary yeast (I forgot so as to add it after mixing it 😅)
Agave Sriracha Dijon mustard:
Dijon mustard
Agave
Salt
Cracked Black pepper
Sriracha
Jalapeño pear salad:
Diced pickled jalapeños
About 2tbs of jalapeño juice (from jar)
1 Thinly sliced pear
Thinly sliced onions
1/2 lime (lime juice)
Pinch of Salt
