ROASTED BRUSSEL SPROUT CAESAR SALAD✨ by alexafuelednaturally

INGREDIENTS
Romaine, arugula or spinach (no matter greens you need)
1 lb Brussel sprouts, halved
1 tbsp avocado oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/four tsp pepper
1 αβοκάντο
Dressing
three cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
four tbsp tahini
1/2 cup water
Juice of two lemons
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
three tbsp dietary yeast

1/four tsp pepper

Croutons:
four slices sourdough bread
1/2 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού αλάτι

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 levels F.
Minimize sourdough bread into cubes, place on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper. Sprinkle over onion powder, garlic powder and salt. Place within the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or till golden.
On one other baking sheet place halved Brussel sprouts, drizzle over oil and season with salt and pepper. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes or till golden and crisp!
In a medium sized bowl mix all dressing elements and whisk collectively till properly mixed.
Roughly chop greens, place in a big mixing bowl.
As soon as able to serve pour dressing over, toss, add croutons and baked Brussel sprouts, avocado and a additional crack of black pepper and revel in!
