To make the pasta sauce, I merely sautéed a clove of garlic in a non-stick frying pan, then added half of cup coconut milk with a pinch of salt and a few dietary yeast. Then, I added cooked pasta and round 1 tbsp cornstarch to assist the sauce thicken, plus a handful of kale.
Fast crispy tofu
2 tbsp olive oil
1 10-oz.block additional agency tofu
half of cup cornstarch
1 tbsp tamari
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp sizzling sauce
Warmth the olive oil in a frying pan. Dip the tofu cubes within the cornstarch to coat, then switch to the frying pan and cook dinner for round 10 minutes, rotating regularly, till golden and crispy on all sides. Then, add the tamari, maple syrup and sizzling sauce and stir the tofu cubes to mix with the sauce.
