Spicy Udon Noodles with Home made Chili Paste.

Chili Paste
half of cup avocado oil
half of small carrot, chopped
half of small onion, chopped
5 garlic cloves
1 recent chili, chopped
2 tbsp chili flakes
three tbsp darkish soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar

*cut back on the chili for a much less spicy sauce

Warmth up the oil in a small saucepan, and fry chopped carrot, onion and garlic cloves till aromatic and calmly browned.
Add chilis, and stir for 30 seconds.
Add soy sauce, vinegar and sugar.
Let combination calm down barely, then add every thing to a blender and mix for 60 seconds or till clean.
Refrigerate in a clear glass jar.
The chili paste will maintain within the fridge for a number of weeks.
