Chocolate PB In a single day Oats
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp darkish cocoa powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
1-2 tsp sweetener of selection (I did brown sugar)
3/four cup unsweetened soy milk
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of salt (not optionally available it actually makes a distinction)
