Bucatini with Purple Cabbage, Balsamic and Walnuts from pasta_vegana 😍😍😍

Substances (serves 3):
bucatini, one portion: 100gr
1/Four purple cabbage
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
100ml soy sauce
1. Chop the purple cabbage and the onion in small items and sauté the onion in a pan, with olive oil till it will get brown
2. Add the cabbage, salt, pepper and prepare dinner on medium warmth till delicate, the color will change to a brilliant purple. Stir regularly.
3. Midway via the cooking time (after about eight minutes), add the balsamic vinegar and let it dry out. Maintain stirring regularly.
4. Within the meantime, add the pasta to salted boiling water and prepare dinner as per package deal directions.
