Coconut Ceviche 🥥
1 purple bell pepper, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
half of purple onion, chopped
1 cup of cilantro, chopped
1 cup of purple radishes, chopped
Meat of two younger coconuts, chopped
Juice of two limes
Salt/pepper to style
Tostadas, elective
Avocado, elective
Chili powder, elective
1. Chop all of your elements.
2. Add in a mixing bowl.
3. Add your lime juice and blend nicely.
4. Let marinate for an hour within the fridge earlier than serving.
5. Garnish with avocado and chili powder – elective!
