four servings (~20) jumbo pasta shells
1 bundle plant-based Italian type meat various

2 tbsp vegan butter
three tbsp all-purpose flour
2 cups additional creamy oat milk
1 cup pasta water
2 tbsp dietary yeast
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
half of tsp salt or to style
1 cup frozen spinach
2 tbsp vegan cream cheese
